1.1 This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made by consumers through our website or by telephone.
1.2 This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our Terms and Conditions of Sale, available at Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Geographical limitations
2.1 Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address in the Republic of Ireland that you provide in the order, or such other address that we may agree in writing. Fuel cannot be shipped to the Republic of Ireland.
3. Delivery methods and periods
3.1 We will deliver your orders via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For. Orders are typically delivered in 3 working days. For Engraved Products - allow 10-15 working days inclusive of this delivery schedule.
3.2 If you place your order before 12:00 pm on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 12:00 pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
3.3 The delivery periods set out in this Section 3 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period. We shall not be liable if the goods are not delivered by the indicated delivery date, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred as a result of any delay. You will not be entitled to refuse to accept any goods or to cancel the contract with us merely because of such failure.
3.4 We reserve the right to deliver and invoice the goods in instalments and in any event each instalment shall be treated as a separate contract and delivery of further instalments may be withheld until the goods comprised in earlier instalments have been paid for in full.
4. Delivery charges
4.1 Delivery charge will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
4.2 Our delivery charge: €9.00.
5 Delivery problems
5.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please call or email our contact customer service department at +44 (0) 208 964 0666 or email@example.com.
5.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
5.3 The list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
6.1 Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you:
We shall not be liable to replace any lost or damaged goods after such delivery.
6.2 Subject to the provisions in Clause 6.1, the property in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price and all other sums due to us from you. Until such time as property in the goods passes to you, you shall hold the goods as our fiduciary agent and bailee and shall keep the goods properly stored, protected, fully insured and identified as our property on the insurance policy, a copy of which you shall supply to us following a request by us to see it.
6.3 Until such time as property in the goods passes to you, we shall be entitled at any time to require you to return the goods to us and, if you fail to do so promptly, to enter upon any of your premises or any premises of any third party where the goods are stored and repossess the goods.
