Do I need to have an email address?
A valid email address is needed to place an order online.
What is the order cancellation policy?
Your Zippo order is processed immediately; therefore, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations. If the order has already been processed and you still wish to return it, simply follow the instructions in the Returns & Exchanges . Generally, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Can I place an order to be shipped to another country?
We can accept that will only be shipped within Ireland. For any other orders, find your country website here.
How long does my order take to ship?
After credit card verification, your order will be received within 5 to 7 working days. Ship times may vary and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays are possible during high order volume times like December.
You can check on current order status by logging into your account.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed major holidays.
Can I get my Zippo lighter customised?
Not at this time. We are working on getting you an option to engrave or add an image to your lighter now to launch in the next year.
